Maintenance

In theory your site will need very little maintenance. However, the more a site is edited, the more unnecessary files (eg out of date photos) can be left taking up space on your server and unless you are confident enough to delete files from the server yourself, this is unavoidable and can end up filling your allocated server space.

Clearly this isn't likely to provide any problems for a small primary school for years to come but in instances regular usage a larger amount of "clutter" is created.

We therefore suggest that you contact us once a year to maintain the site and ensure that things will continue to operate smoothly.

If you've chosen to include a forum or password-protected section on your site then regular maintenance is strongly advised from a security point of view.

A CD-ROM “snapshot” of all the files on the site will be produced so you will have a permanent record of the content at the time we carry out any work. Nothing will be changed without first receiving your express permission.

If you prefer, we can arrange an annual fee for routine maintenance to be carried out at regular intervals.

General site maintenance (without password protected areas):
£100/annum

Maintenance for sites with pass-protected areas:
£150/annum
